Secure payment
All girltalk online credit card transactions are done using a secure transactions server. We never store (or have any visibility of) your credit card number. When you pay for your order, you will be redirected to Bank of New Zealand secure page. This is a real-time transaction, so you will know the result of the transaction immediately. You will be returned to the girltalk website at the end of the process and given a receipt number, if you are not, please contact us.
Refund or Exchange
We offer a full refund on seminar tickets or exchange for a future seminar ticket based on the same value provided we are notified within seven days of the event. Note booking fees are non-refundable.
For all other products we offer a money back guarantee or exchange for other products. The products have to be returned unused and in it's original condition within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping in case of a return.
Please ensure delivery details are correct as we will accept no responsibility for incorrect address information; this shall remain the senders responsibility.
All prices and transactions are in NZ dollars and include GST.
Postage & Handling
All items other than seminar tickets include a $2.00 postage and handling fee per item.
Your privacy
girltalk guarantee that any information provided will be treated in strict confidence and will not be passed on to a third party. Information collected will be used only by girltalk staff for the processing of orders and accounts.
